At The City Key (a Nytrotek Business Solutions service), we believe your private financial and identity data should remain just that: private. Our business model is based on service fees, not data mining.
1. Our "Zero-Monetization" Pledge
The City Key does not, has never, and will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with data brokers, advertising networks, or marketing firms. Our only "customer" is you — not the companies that want to buy your habits.
2. The Ghost Protocol (Data Deletion)
Unlike traditional filing services that archive your sensitive documents indefinitely, we utilize a strict 240-Hour Purge Protocol:
- Active Encryption: Your data is encrypted from the moment of upload.
- Automated Deletion: Exactly 10 days (240 hours) after your filing is successfully transmitted, our system triggers a permanent "hard delete."
- No Residual Backups: Once purged, your Photo ID, Lease, and Income documents are wiped from our active servers and cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
3. Information We Collect
We only collect the minimum information required by the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) to complete your navigator filing:
- Contact Info: Name and Email (to deliver your completed package).
- Filing Data: Income, Rent, and Household details (to populate your forms).
- Identity Verification: Photo ID and Lease (required for government submission).
4. Third-Party Infrastructure
To provide a secure experience, we use world-class, SOC2-compliant partners. Your data passes through these "pipes" but is never owned by them:
- Stripe: For secure, PCI-compliant payment processing.
- Airtable & PDF.co: For temporary document generation and secure storage during the 10-day window.
- Hostinger: For the secure delivery of your final filing.
5. Your Rights (The Right to be Forgotten)
Because we prioritize your privacy, our system is designed to "forget" you automatically. However, you may contact [email protected] at any time to request an immediate manual purge before the 10-day window expires.
